Membership Terms & Conditions
Trillion Business Community (TBC)
These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in the Trillion Business Community platform (“TBC” or “Platform”), operated by TBC Global Management LLC, registered under Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates, License No. 2542463.
By applying for membership, accessing the platform, or using any TBC services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. About TBC
TBC is a private, invitation-based professional community designed to facilitate:

High-level business networking

Project collaboration
-
Commercial and strategic opportunities
-
Knowledge sharing and value creation
Membership is voluntary and does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship between TBC and its members.
2. Eligibility & Membership Admission
Membership is open to:

Individuals and legal entities
-
Entrepreneurs, professionals, investors, and organizations aligned with TBC values
TBC reserves the right to:

Approve or reject applications at its sole discretion
-
Request additional documentation (including KYC/AML verification)
-
Suspend or revoke membership if eligibility criteria are no longer met
3. Membership Fee

A one-time, non-recurring entry fee of €/$10,000 is required upon acceptance.

The fee grants access to the platform and associated benefits.

Advantage
Members may receive:

Preferential terms with selected partners and advisors
Opportunities
Members may:

Explore joint ventures and cross-border initiatives
Profit
Subject to eligibility and activity:

A 2% annual internal yield on the entry fee, credited via a digital card

Participation in the Universal Fund (1% of total community revenues) for active members

Project-specific profits proportionate to actual participation
Important Notice: No profits or returns are guaranteed.
5. Active vs. Passive Membership
A Member is considered Active if they:

Participate regularly in TBC activities
-
Contribute ideas, contacts, or projects
-
Maintain professional and ethical conduct
Active status may affect eligibility for additional benefits.
TBC may classify members as Passive if participation or alignment is lacking.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds apply in cases of voluntary withdrawal.
7. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:

Uphold TBC’s values, ethics, and rules

Maintain confidentiality of all internal information

Act in good faith and professional integrity
-
Refrain from harmful, misleading, offensive, or fraudulent conduct

Not use TBC’s brand, name, or materials without written authorization

Keep personal and company information accurate and updated
8. TBC Responsibilities
TBC commits to:

Maintaining a secure and structured platform
-
Facilitating networking, meetings, and events
-
Supporting project evaluation and presentation
-
Promoting transparency in communications
-
Monitoring internal conduct to protect the community
-
Periodically reporting, where possible, on community impact
9. Term, Renewal & Termination

Initial membership term: 12 months
-
Automatic annual renewal unless terminated
-
Members may withdraw with 30 days’ written notice
-
TBC may decline renewal at its discretion
-
Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of renewal
10. Confidentiality
Members must keep strictly confidential all:

Business information
-
Projects, strategies, contacts, and data
-
Internal discussions and digital materials
Confidentiality obligations continue for 36 months after membership ends.
Breach may result in immediate expulsion and legal action.
11. Intellectual Property
All TBC content, including:

Logos, trademarks, documents, brand identity, and platform materials
are the exclusive property of TBC Global Management LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation will result in immediate suspension.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
Members may request access, correction, or deletion of their data where legally permitted.
13. AML & Compliance
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations:

Members may be required to provide KYC documentation

Members warrant lawful origin of all funds

TBC may suspend or revoke membership upon reasonable suspicion of violations
14. Code of Ethics
Members must:

Act with integrity, fairness, and professionalism

Respect fellow members and staff

Avoid conflicts of interest

Refrain from discriminatory, aggressive, defamatory, or unethical behavior
Violations may result in immediate suspension or expulsion.
15. Platform Security
Members must not:
Any cybersecurity risk may lead to immediate suspension and legal liability.
16. Amendments
TBC may update these Terms for operational, legal, or security reasons.
17. Force Majeure
TBC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters

Pandemics

Cyber-attacks
-
Government restrictions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the UAE.
